“We’ve been extremely happy with our experience living here! 724 Lofts has a wonderful repurposed industrial feel, we love the exposed brickwork, wooden beams, and flooring. Nice view out over the river. Easy access to the riverfront trail system. Internet is fast. The gym in the basement is not overcrowded and has a power rack set up for traditional barbell strength training (along with other typical residential gym stuff). Residents here also get access to all of Borealis’s spaces! When weather is nice, we like going up there on the roof, and we sometimes get together with friends in common areas. We occasionally go to resident events and have found the community and neighbors to be very friendly and welcoming.”

“We moved to 724 Lofts this month and we absolutely love it! The management here is by far the best we’ve had. We really appreciate the newsletters that are sent to us, this helps us learn about what is happening here. The amenities here are nice, we have 2 gyms now, a beautiful rooftop, and so much space for lounging and working. We also really like the trails behind our windows. Our evening walks/jogs are the best!”

“I chose to live here because I was very impressed by Solhem’s other apartment complexes and was told by a friend that he loved Solhem management. My experience so far has been above expectation! This is the best management I have had. I work from home and always get so many compliments on my space during Zoom calls. It is a space I really feel at home in and is in the perfect location in North Loop (away from traffic yet so close to everything). The high ceilings and exposed brick are just wonderful. The view on the rooftop is the best in North Loop. Grilling, using fresh herbs from the mini garden, and having the fire pit lit is so fun with friends.”
